Early diagnosis is vital, as most forms of skin cancer are curable when detected at an early stage. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Basal cell carcinoma (BCC): <\/strong>The most common form of skin cancer, which grows slowly and rarely metastasizes, but requires treatment to prevent local spread.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC):<\/strong> It often occurs in areas with chronic sun exposure and can progress more aggressively if not treated promptly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Melanoma: <\/strong>The most dangerous form of skin cancer. It is characterized by changes in the color, shape, or size of a mole and requires immediate medical intervention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Diagnosis of malignant lesions is done through dermoscopy, nevus mapping, and biopsy in cases of suspicious lesions. Treatment options include surgical removal, cryotherapy, topical treatments, or even immunotherapy in advanced stages. <\/p>\n\n<p>Regular dermatological check-ups are the best way to prevent and detect skin conditions early.
